国家乡村振兴局正式挂牌
2021年2月25日，国家乡村振兴局牌子正式挂出。

国家乡村振兴局在原“国务院扶贫开发领导小组办公室”所在地正式挂牌。
作为国务院议事协调机构，国务院扶贫开发领导小组(the State Council Leading Group of Poverty Alleviation and Development)成立于1986年5月16日，当时称国务院贫困地区经济开发领导小组，1993年12月28日改用现名。
国家乡村振兴局正式挂牌，既是我国脱贫攻坚战取得全面胜利(complete victory of the fight against poverty)的一个标志，也是全面实施乡村振兴战略(comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy)，奔向新生活、新奋斗的起点。
2018年发布的《中共中央国务院关于实施乡村振兴战略的意见》，对实施乡村振兴战略进行了全面部署。
文件指出，乡村振兴，产业兴旺(thriving businesses)是重点;生态宜居(pleasant living environment)是关键;乡风文明(social etiquette and civility)
是保障;治理有效(effective governance)是基础;生活富裕(prosperity)是根本;摆脱贫困(out of poverty)是前提。
文件确定了实施乡村振兴战略的目标任务：到2020年，乡村振兴取得重要进展(substantial progress in rural vitalization)，
制度框架和政策体系基本形成(the strategy should have established an institutional framework and policy system);
到2035年，乡村振兴取得决定性进展(decisive progress will be achieved in rural vitalization)，
农业农村现代化基本实现(basically realize modernization of agriculture and rural areas);
到2050年，乡村全面振兴，农业强、农村美、农民富全面实现(rural areas should have strong agriculture, a beautiful countryside and well-off farmers)。
月球样品在国家博物馆展出
2月22日，国家博物馆发布消息称，嫦娥五号带回的月球样本已运抵国博，策展团队正在精心策展、布展中，即将面向社会公众展出。

The lunar samples are preserved in a delicate container made of artificial crystal.月球样品保存在一个人工水晶制成的精美容器中。
Designed in the shape of a Zun, a traditional Chinese bronze ware, the container is 38.44 cm high and 22.89 cm wide. The size refers to the average distance between the Earth and the moon of 384,400 km and the 22.89-day-long lunar probe task, respectively.
容器造型借鉴自我国传统的青铜“尊”造型。高38.44厘米，象征地球与月亮平均间距384400公里;宽22.89厘米，象征嫦娥五号自发射到返回的任务时长22.89天。
2020年11月24日，嫦娥五号发射成功，12月17日凌晨，完成“挖土”之旅返回地球，带回约1731克月球样品。
月球样品，主要为月壤，即覆盖在月球表面的“土壤”(soil on the lunar surface)，包含微细的矿物颗粒(mineral particles)、岩石碎屑(rock fragments)和玻璃质微粒(glassy particles)等。月壤颗粒质地微细，主要由氧(oxygen)、硅(silicon)、铝( aluminum)、铁(iron)、镁(magnesium)、钙(calcium)、钠(natrium)、钾(kalium)、钛(titanium)等元素构成，不含任何有机养分(organic nutrients)，而且非常干燥。
1月18日，国家航天局首次对外发布了《月球样品管理办法》。
The lunar samples will be divided into four categories-permanent storage, backup permanent storage, research, and public-interest purposes, according to the regulations.
办法规定，月球样品原则上将分为永久存储、备份永久存储、研究和公益四种基础用途。
按照基础用途：永久存储和备份永久存储样品作为原始样品进行封存(sealed and stored as original samples);研究样品用于月球科学研究、分析(scientific research and analysis);公益样品用于展览(public exhibition)、科普、教育(science education)等公益性活动。
