　　伯克制度是中国清末以前新疆回部实行的官制，主要通行于维吾尔、柯尔克孜、塔吉克等族地区。明清时期，西域天山南路的世俗官僚称为伯克，中亚一些城市的统治者也自称伯克。清光绪十年(1884年)新疆建省，清廷下谕废除各级伯克，新疆全境实行与内地相同的官僚体制。

　　The Burke System is the bureaucratic system that was enforced in Xinjiang, particularly in areas south of Tianshan mountains where the Uyghur, Kirgiz, and Tajikistan ethnic groups lived. In the Ming and Qing dynasties, the officials of these areas and rulers of some Middle Asian cities were known as Burke. In 1884, Xinjiang province was established and the Qing Government abolished the Burke System and began enforcing the bureaucratic system used inland.
