　　"Political reform is the justice of the world" is a famous line put forward by Liang Qichao in the article Discussions of Political Reform in 1896 after the defeat of the Sino-Japanese War (1894-1895), when China was faced up with the danger of being dismembered, subjugated and destroyed by the great powers. It reflects his thought of advocating the implementation of constitutional monarchy and learning the advanced technology of the west to carry on the reform of the capitalist class.
