　　中国工农红军大学是土地革命战争时期，中国工农红军培养和训练军事、政治、专业干部的学校。1936年6月，中国工农红军大学在陕北瓦窑堡开学。 1927年11月，毛泽东率领湘赣边界秋收起义部队到达井冈山后，为提高部队的军政素质，创办了红军教导队，吕赤任队长，陈伯钧任党的书记。这是中国工农红军最早培训干部的机构。

　　The Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army University was a school that trained military, political and professional cadres for the Red Army, during the Agrarian Revolutionary War. It was founded in Northern Shaanxi’s Wayaobao in June 1936. In November 1927, after the troops of the Autumn Harvest Uprising led by Mao Zedong arrived in Jinggangshan, in order to improve the army's military and political quality, the Red Army teaching team was founded. Lu Chi was appointed as the captain, and Chen Bojun as the secretary. This was the earliest cadre training institution of the Red Army.
