　　安塞腰鼓是陕西省的传统民俗舞蹈，多采用集体表演形式，少则数十人，多时可达百余人。安塞腰鼓以其独特风格、豪迈粗犷、刚劲奔放、气势磅礴而闻名天下，有机地糅合了秧歌和武术动作，充分表现了黄土地人民憨厚朴实、悍勇威武而又开朗乐观的性格。2006年，安塞腰鼓被列入第一批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。
