浙江杭州是风景秀美之地，也是创新活力之城。G20杭州峰会的会标，就是用20根线条，勾勒出一个桥型轮廓，同时辅以“2016年G20”的英文和篆隶“中国”印章。
桥，在G20独具含义。曾几何时，全球经济治理为发达国家所垄断。G20是第一个发达国家和发展中国家平等参与全球经济治理的机制，是历史的进步。在这个意义上，G20本身就是一座桥，一座连接历史与未来、发达国家与发展中国家的桥梁。
在2016年的杭州，在世界经济发展的当下，桥又有了新的含义。它寓意着对G20成为全球经济之桥、国际社会合作之桥、面向未来的共赢之桥的殷切期望。桥梁线条形似光纤，寓意信息技术应用带来的互联互通，具有强烈的时代感。我们希望，以杭州峰会为桥梁，各国间的联系将更加紧密，世界经济的前景将更加广阔。
The city of Hangzhou in China’s Zhejiang province is known both for its beautiful scenery andfor being a dynamic city with an innovative spirit. The logo of the G20 Hangzhou Summitfeatures the image of a bridge, drawn in 20 lines. On top of it are the English for “G20 2016China”, supplemented with the imprint of a traditional Chinese seal bearing the two Chinesecharacters for “China”.
Bridge bears a special meaning for the G20. The G20 is in fact the first global mechanism thatallows developed and developing countries alike to take equal part in global economicgovernance, something that used to be the monopoly of developed countries. This representsa progress in the evolution of global governance and renders the G20 a bridge that connectshistory with the future, and developed countries with developing countries.
Given the current world economic situation, the bridge bears some new implication for theHangzhou Summit. It implies a keen hope for the G20 to become a bridge in the globaleconomy, a bridge that brings parties together in win-win global cooperation oriented towardthe future. The symmetrically curved lines in the bridge are meant to be reminiscent of fiber-optic cables, referring to an interconnected world in an information age. It is our hope that theHangzhou Summit will serve as a bridge through which countries will build stronger links witheach other and together open up broader prospects for the world economy.

纵观世界文明史，人类先后经历了农业革命、工业革命、信息革命。每一次产业技术革命，都给人类生产生活带来巨大而深刻的影响。
现在，以互联网为代表的信息技术日新月异，引领了社会生产新变革，创造了人类生活新空间，拓展了国家治理新领域，极大提高了人类认识世界、改造世界的能力。互联网让世界变成了“鸡犬之声相闻”的地球村，相隔万里的人们不再“老死不相往来”。可以说，世界因互联网而更多彩，生活因互联网而更丰富。
中国正处在信息化快速发展的历史进程之中。中国高度重视互联网发展，自21年前接入国际互联网以来，我们按照积极利用、科学发展、依法管理、确保安全的思路，加强信息基础设施建设，发展网络经济，推进信息惠民。
十三五时期，中国将大力实施网络强国战略、国家大数据战略、“互联网+”行动计划，发展积极向上的网络文化，拓展网络经济空间，促进互联网和经济社会融合发展。我们的目标，就是要让互联网发展成果惠及13亿多中国人民，更好造福各国人民。
Looking at the history of world civilizations, humanity has progressed along with agricultural,industrial and information revolutions. Each of these industrial and technological revolutions hashad great and profound impact on our way of production and life. Today, informationtechnologies represented by the Internet are experiencing rapid changes with each passing day.
They have brought about new ways of social production, created new space for people’s life,opened new horizons of state governance, and enhanced our ability to understand and shapethe world. The Internet has turned the world into a global village where distance no longerprevents people from interacting with each other. Communication is made easier than everbefore. Indeed, thanks to the Internet, our world has become more colorful and people now livea fuller life.
China is going through a historic process of rapid application of information technologies.China attaches great importance to Internet development. Since China was connected to WorldWide Web 21 years ago, we have, in keeping with the principles of proactive utilization, rationaldevelopment, law-based regulation and assurance of security, strengthened ITinfrastructure, developed cyber economy and made life better for our people through ITapplication.
During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China will vigorously implement the national cyberdevelopment strategy, the national big data strategy and the “Internet Plus” action plan. Wewill develop an uplifting cyber culture, open up more space for cyber economy, and promotethe integration of Internet development with economic and social progress. Our goal is toensure that the more than 1.3 billion Chinese people and people across the world can all enjoythe benefits of Internet development.
