T1: If you have an opportunity to travel to outer space, will you take it or not? Please give specific reasons.
Sample:
I don’t want to be a space tourist. For me space is something unknown and very immense and I don’t relish the idea of traveling into space. To do this is for a kind of person who really loves to discover new things. But I fear to explore the unknown space. Another reason I would not like to travel to outer space is that I treasure everything I have in the planet, my family, my friends, and my job. I don’t want to take the risk of losing them if something happen to me in the trip. I wish I could spend more time with them rather than risk my life to have an adventure.
T2: Some people speak out in class, while others prefer to listen and quietly observe. Which do you think leads to a greater success in school?
Sample:
Personally, I prefer to speak out and discuss things with my peers. I would say the best way to learn is to speak out my ideas and thoughts about the issue discussed in class. It is a great chance for me to develop my confidence and build up my public speaking skills. These skills may be especially useful in my future career. Additionally, the whole class gets a chance to hear multiple points of view when everyone is willing to speak out in class. Some points might be quite thought provoking, and we can learn a lot of stuff beyond the textbooks. We may also understand how an idea works in real life when people speak out and share their personal experiences.
