　　《农村三部曲》是作家茅盾的三部小说：《春蚕》、《秋收》、《残冬》。《春蚕》写蚕丝业萧条所引起的农村破产，《秋收》写农民在饥饿中的抢粮风潮，《残冬》写农民在一年生计完全绝望后，终于自发进行武装斗争的故事;三部小说反映出旧中国农村变化和农民觉醒的全过程，给我们留下了一幅清楚、生动的历史图画。因此，这三篇小说合起来称为“农村三部曲”。

　　Countryside Trilogy, from the writer Mao Dun, contains three novels: Spring Silkworm, Autumn Harvest, Late Winter, and describes the rural bankruptcy caused by the depression of the silk industry. Autumn Harvest describes the surge of grain-grabbing during the starvation of farmers. Late Winter describes a story in which after a year of complete desperation, the farmers finally started to take up arms and fight. The three novels reflect the process of rural change and the farmers' awakening in old China. It provides the reader with a clear and vivid historical picture of the state of this period. As such, together, the three novels are known as the "Countryside Trilogy".
