　　“Song of Seven Sons -Taiwan” is a poem written by Wen Yiduo in March 1925 while he studied in the United States. This poem tells how Taiwan, a part of Chinese territory (including Ryukyu Islands and the Penghu Islands), has long been separated from the motherland, and how people wish for a reunion. It expresses both nostalgia for and praise of the motherland along with the repulsion towards the imperialist aggression.
