　　Wang Zengqi (1920-1997), was the representative figure of modern Chinese writing, prose drama, and the Beijing school of writing. He was honored as "lyrical humanist, China’s last pure scholar, and the last scholar-bureaucratic". Wang Zengqi has solid achievements in both drama and folk literature, and in in-depth study of art.
