　　Chaohu Lake, located in the central part of Anhui province, is one of five freshwater lakes in China. It is mainly fed by runoff flowing from the south, west, and north, then flows out from the city gate of Chaohu and into the Yangtze River at Yuxikou via Yuxi River in the southeast. The brand-name and quality aquatic products in Chaohu Lake are "three delicacies"—whitebait, Chinese white prawn and lake crab.
