　　At present, China’s housing guarantee system includes: economically affordable housing, cheap rental housing, housing provident fund, price-capped housing and public-rental housing. To improve the living conditions of the low-income residents is an important issue concerning people’s living standards and speeding up the development of the housing guarantee system is of great significance to improving and promoting social harmony and stability.
