　　History of the Song Dynasty, one of the 24 histories, is a biographic history of dynasties compiled successively by Tuo Tuo the prime minister and Arutu in the third year of Zhizheng in the late Yuan Dynasty (1343). With a total of 496 volumes, it records the history of the Song Dynasty from Emperor Taizu of Song to the death of the two kings of Yingguogong. Of major historical significance to the study of the history of the Song Dynasty, it features a huge amount of books and papers and rich content. The biographic records consist of many rich, valuable national historical materials. It is an official historical book featuring the largest length among the 24 histories.
