　　渤海湾是中国渤海的一个浅水海湾，位于河北省、天津和山东省黄河口之间。流入海湾的主要河流有黄河、海河、蓟运河和滦河。海底地形大致自南向北，自岸向海倾斜，沉积物主要为细颗粒的粉砂与淤泥。渤海湾有丰富的石油储藏，是中国东部湿地水鸟的重要分布区，华北海运枢纽。

　　A shallow bay in China's Bohai Sea, the Bohai Bay is adjacent to Hebei Province, Tianjin Municipality, and the Yellow River estuary in Shandong Province. It is mainly fed by the Yellow River, the Haihe River, the Ji Canal and the Luanhe River. Its seabed roughly slopes down from the south to the north, from the shore to the sea, making the sediment mainly fine-grained silt and mud. Rich in oil reserves, it serves as the major habitat of waterfowls in the wetland in eastern China and a shipping hub in North China.
