　　吴良镛，是中国建筑学家、城乡规划学家和教育家，人居环境科学的创建者，曾先后获得“世界人居奖”、国际建筑师协会“屈米奖”、“亚洲建筑师协会金奖”、“陈嘉庚科学奖”、“何梁何利奖”。他长期从事建筑与城乡规划基础理论、工程实践和学科发展研究，针对我国城镇化进程中的特点，创立了人居环境科学及其理论框架，荣获2011年度“国家最高科学技术奖”。

　　Wu Liangyong is a Chinese architect, a master and educator in urban and rural planning, as well as the founder of the science of human settlement. He has been successively given the World Habitat Award, the Tschumi Award of the International Association of Architects, the Golden Prize of ARCAISA (Architects Regional Council Asia), the Tan Kah Kee Science Award, and the Ho Leung Ho Lee Award. He has been long engaged in research of architecture and urban and rural planning. He also established the science of human settlement as well as its theoretical outline, based on features of the urbanization of China, and was thus granted the State Preeminent Science and Technology Award in 2011.
