Besides brought about a new way of dining to Chinese people, MacDonald’s introduced a brand new manner to them. That is, MacDonald’s gives us not only a new fast food, but a new culture of eating foreign to us before. That culture, embodied in the simple solid maize, won an unprecedented success among Chinese consumers. And then, we find in many big cities all kinds of cross-bred Chinese fast food chains, an effort to combine the way in running a Chinese restaurant with that of the MacDonald’s chains.
