Perseverance
Consistency (坚持)
Training is an integral part of(必备成分) the lives of successful athletes, so they do it with more consistency than their less-accomplished peers. To be specific, their outstanding results are never about just a 16-week program, finding a magic pill(找一个魔力药片), or taking shortcuts(走捷径). They don’t skip out (偷偷溜走) occasionally here and there because work gets busy. They will not let minor aches and pains sidetrack them(让小伤小痛分心), but find ways to overcome these injuries(克服这些伤痛) in the process. It takes nothing but persistence(毅力) to continue their training without excuse. In the grand scheme of things(在任何事情的宏伟规划中), the programming, technique, and training environment are important – but just keeping showing up(持续出现) is the single-most important thing.
