Dear Mr Gao,
I’m writing to complain about the quality of an electrical household appliance. I bought a color TV set in your shop but it didn’t have any images after I jturned it on. I want to have it changed. I’ve made representations to the shop assistant concerned, but in vain. I’m living on my own in the flat and now I feel lonely without the TV. Therefore I turn to you and hope you’ll deal with it as soon as possible.
