　　1) Do you like to take photographs? (Why?)

　　Yes, I do. I think photographs are beautiful memories. My parents began to take photographs of me since I was born, and made an album for me every year. So, now when opening those albums, I feel totally moved since all the memories rush to my head, they are one of the most precious parts of my life.

　　No, I don’t like to take photographs. I think I am not good-looking on the photograph, which makes me feel embarrassed and less confident.

　　2) Do you prefer to take photos yourself or to have other people take photos? (Why?)

　　I prefer to take photos by myself. In the current society, selfie is becoming more and more popular among the young people and the mobile Apps related to the selfie are also coming into public’s eyes gradually. By taking the photos by myself, I can handle the camera and the angle on my own, which will make me satisfied.

　　I prefer to have others take photos for me. When I am traveling outside, having others take photos for me will let the scenery and me together into the picture. It is impossible for me to do that if taking the photos by myself.

　　3) How long have you liked taking photographs?

　　I have like taking photographs since high school. After taking part in a photography competition and wining the first prize, I feel I have talents in talking photos and become more interested in it since then.

　　4) How (why) did you become interested in photography?

　　I became interested in photography since I was a little child. As a photographer, my father always took photos of me when I was a child.Now, I am already an adult, and I like travelling very much. I can keep good memories through photos, so it makes me really interested in photography.

　　5) How often do you take photographs?

　　I take photos about once a week. During the weekends, I always go hiking with my roommates or friends, so I always take some photographs to record the beautiful scenery and memory.

　　6) In what situations do you take photographs?

　　There are various situations that I will choose to take photographs, most of which are memorable. For example, I remembered I had taken photos on my graduation ceremony when I represented the rest graduates to make a speech. So, generally speaking, I will take photos while attending some ceremonies, travelling and so on.

　　7) What kind of photos do you like to take? (Why?)

　　I like to take photos of the scenery. I am a person who is fond of keeping close touch with the nature. The photos of the high mountains, blue sky and clear water will make me admire the wonders and the greatness of the nature.

　　8) Do you prefer to take pictures of people or of scenery?

　　I prefer to take pictures of the people. According to my perspective, the people are dynamic, they can do different poses and make various gestures in front of the camera, in which case the process of taking photos is quite interesting.

　　I prefer to take pictures of scenery. The scenery is actually stable. I can take various photos of them from different angles according to my needs. If I take the pictures for other people, people may not have enough patience to wait me to find the best angle.

　　9) Who do you take photos of?

　　I usually take photos of my friends, family and relatives. I know them very well, and I am familiar with their tastes and habits. So, they are very satisfied with the photos I took for them.

　　10) How do you keep your photos?

　　I will always keep my photos in the album. The plastic paper of the album will preserve the photos from the dust as well as the color fading, so I think the album is a good place to keep my memories.

　　11) Do you keep your photographs on your computer?

　　Yes, I like keeping my photos on my computer. I have too many photos, so it’s quite unrealistic to print all of them. Under this circumstance, I choose to store them on the computer, and I can appreciate them whenever I want.

　　No, I do not keep them on my computer. According to my perspective, computers are not safe enough. Nowadays, we are living in a technology-advanced society, under which case computers can be easily attacked by the hackers, so I prefer to print the photos out rather than keep them on the computer.

　　12) Are there any photos on the walls of your home?

　　Yes, there are. There are some pictures on the walls of the living room. All of the visitors like them since they have shown a warm family atmosphere.

　　No, there are not any photos on the walls of my home. Because we think that the photos are private things, and we do not want to show our privacy to the guests.

　　13) Do you frame (or have you framed) any of your photos? (If yes, which? & why?)

　　Yes, I do. I have framed some of the photos of our family. You know, we are getting old day by day. Framing those photos can make me keep the most precious memories longer.

　　No, I don’t. I think framing the photos is a waste of money and it is not that necessary. As for me, I prefer to keep those photos on the computer, in which case I can also appreciate them whenever I want.

　　14) Do you prefer to send postcards to people or to send photos that you take yourself? (Why?)

　　Well, I prefer to send the postcards to people. As we all know, there are many postcards with the local beautiful scenery printed for visitors traveling there. so I think it is really memorable to send those postcards with local postmarks to my friends.

　　Well, I prefer to send the photos took by myself. I think it can best show my love to my friends, since those photos can be considered as a kind of hand-made presents. It is a good way to enhance the friendship as well as to show my sincerity.
