朴槿惠被弹劾下台

韩联社3月10日报道称,韩国宪法法院10日对总统弹劾案进行宣判,认定弹劾理由成立,朴槿惠被弹劾下台,不再享受总统礼遇。
根据《前任总统礼遇法》,朴槿惠若干满五年任期,国家将提供与总统任内年薪相差无几的总统任后年金、纪念项目资金支持、警卫服务、办公室、高干病房、1名私人司机和3名秘书等。如被宪法法院罢免总统职务,除保留最长10年的警卫服务外,其他礼遇将一笔勾销。此外,朴槿惠还将丧失任内依宪享有的检控豁免特权,并将以嫌疑人身份接受检方调查。同时,朴槿惠5年内不得出仕。
但是,朴槿惠代理律师团在弹劾案庭审中曾表示国会的弹劾程序有悖于法律,因此朴槿惠方面是否会要求复审备受瞩目。根据韩国有关法律规定,与普通法院不同,韩国宪法法院遵循单审制,一旦宣判结果当即生效。但一般认为“非影响宪法法院裁决的重大事项”时,可允许复审。
