　　通过这个题目的解析，我们可以看出，在对话中我们需要关注的是这种QA形式的对话，注意A部分一些转折词汇，例but, however后面的信息。这也就是所谓西方人直爽后面的故事。

　　总之，比起其它几个场景来说，租房场景的题目比较简单，但是这个部分也是最容易丢分的，因为其琐碎性导致。考生需要在考试之前熟悉这类型题目，考场上认真做答。
