　　I think people order fast food because they can get it quickly. Eating fast food can save more time to do another important thing for us. And people can change the habit to eat fast food. But in my opinion, I think fast food have its disadvantages. Although it tastes good, fast food generally is made by oil and meat. It has a lot of fat, and it is not clean, so fast food is not good for our health. People who always eat it will have a disease of cancer. Doctors suggest that people should avoid eating too much fast food.

　　In my opinion, fast food is only a good choice when you are in a hurry. If you want to be healthy, do not go to fast food restaurants too often. And the house cooking is a good way to help improve our health standard. We should do more meals than eating fast food.
