Then, what we can find in the other part is the status quo of China's public servants. In the center of this picture is a bowl made in gold which is surrounded by a crowd, and even all of the people are trying to climb to the top of it. This is the present situation of the civil service competitive in China.

　　By comparing the situation of the public servants between China and the other country, we can get an obvious conclusion which is In the world, China has the most competitive public servants. Here comes the reason, in China, Almost all people think that civil servant is a promising Job, for example, Civil servants can enjoy generous salary, social insurance and other benefits. However, in the other hand, it is also a argument job. On account of most public servants do the job just for preferential treatment but ignored the nature of the job to serve the people. So, as far as I am concerned, what we choose a job should just because our interest rather than the interests.
