商务英语：最后确定合同

　　商务英语中会有很多时间和客户签订各种各样的合同，下面我们就来学习一下如何在最后阶段确定合同。例如：如果贵方没有在合同规定的装船时间后10周内发货，我方有权取消合同。

　　第一句：If you fail to make the delivery ten weeks later than the time of shipment stipulated in the contract, we shall have the right to cancel the contract.

　　A: Mr. Black, how do you think about our contract?

　　布莱克先生，您认为我们的合同怎么样?

　　B: I"d like to replace this phrase with "after the date of delivery".
