2020年商务英语初级写作指导：买卖立约

　　(1)依据以下条款，卖方愿卖，买方愿买下列货物，特立约如下：

　　(2)付款条件：用保兑的，不可撤销的，可转让的，可分割的，以…为受益人的即期信用证支付，允许分批装运和转船。

　　信用证须于——前到达卖方，在上述装运港在交货期后15天内有效。若买方未及时开信用证，卖方有权取消此次成交确认书或就因此造成的损失向买方索赔。

　　The Letter of Credit shall reach the Sellers before ----and remain valid at above loading port until the 15th day after the aforesaid time of shipment .If the Buyers fail to open the Letter of Credit in time, the Sellers shall have the right to cancel this sales contract without further notice and /or claim on the Buyers for losses resulting therefrom.
